  • Magnified vials appear larger than traditional solid acrylic vials, thereby increasing visibility. They also do not suffer from the parallax issue like block vials.

  • The 771 reaches professional levels of vial accuracy at <0.0005"/". It is appropriate for professional and home improvement jobs.

  • Toolbox levels are best suited to quickly checking if smaller surfaces such as cabinets or windows are level. If you are leveling longer areas, such as the entirety of a room or sections of a roof, get a level longer than 72".

  • Store your level vertically by the hang hole. Invest in a carry case like the Kapro Bag3L1T or Kapro Case-48. Avoid dropping or placing heavy objects on top of it. Do NOT submerge in water to clean. Instead, wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Awesome little addition to my toolbox. Small enough to be versatile but has a very large visible bubble that is amazing for quick clear leaving.

One of my new favorite tools. Easy to read bubble and compact size make for an awesome tool. Accuracy and build are top notch. I really like that the bubbles are horizontal and vertical. The magnet is super strong and will not slip. Great value for the money.

Has a great stable weight to it. Strong magnet.When my apprentice did something stupid I threw it at him and sliced his upper brow with a mild concussion. Pending charges and hospital visit later. I’m out of the job. But, I still have this awesome level! Oh, yea. It works for that too.

Not so small that it’ll become a cat toy (I suspect that’s how the last small level disappeared), and not so large as to be cumbersome when hanging pictures solo. Glad to have found this level

This thing is heavy-duty. Perfect size for leveling a picture or small project. Just used it today to level a bracket for hanging a ladder. The magnetic base is a plus. Had a shipping question and the customer service was fast and great.
