I bought these treads for my outside stairs and I’m delighted with them. You get a double back tape to put onto the stair tread to attach it to the stairs. They’re very nice they’re heavy and when I go down the stairs with my large dog, you get very good grip I would purchase them again. they do get hot when the sun is out so if you have an animal, I would use caution or wet them down with cold water before you let your pet go up and down them

I really liked this step covers and decided to do what a few reviewers recommended and used some screws and washers to keep them more stable i put one on each corner , and three along the lip middle and each end as if not careful a toe could hook in the overlaping lop , but now great , very happy and easy to installre durability cant say just got them so dont know how they will wear but sure they will be fine and didnt use the adhesion just the screws

We put these on a wooden staircase to our back porch. The edges of the stairs were starting to wear but these covered that up and are protecting from further wear. And they look great!

An actual HIGH quality product for a comparable price to the multitudes of other inferior products. The rubber treads are a quarter inch thick, but easy to cut through with an exacto blade. That was perfect, as I was installing them onto some wooden steps leading into the garage, so I had to trim them from the 36 inches down to 32.No chance that the sticky tape which was included would actually adhere to the wood, so I went with screws and washers on the outer edges, then put two dozen 3/8-inch staples over the rest of the surface and tip with an auto-stapler. Didn't want them slipping under foot or tearing.Installation took 34 minutes for the three steps, and now there's absolutely no chance I'll skid off those d***ed sand-covered stairs again. The treads have a nice diamond sheet-metal design, raised about 1/8in from the rest of the surface. Provides some good grip and is still easy to sweep or wipe down.Tip for the seller, though: Expand your keywords, tags, and maybe think about Search Engine Optimization. I had to search for an hour to find this product existed. Please try to beat out all the other recommendations of extremely inferior products.5/510/10100/100

Perfect on my garage steps leading from my house into the garage. I feel confident that I won’t slip on the steps when they’re wet from snow or rain. I’ve just had them installed for about 6 weeks and haven’t even vacuumed them yet. They don’t show any dirt. My handyman installed them and he cut them to fit my freshly painted steps perfectly. I lost the red line but that’s OK. He knew exactly how to install them. I feel very safe on my steps now.

I purchased these because I have deck steps that get very slick when wet and cold. No need for any adhesive and laid flat and are overall good tread, however they hold water, which my dog does not like. Once sweater is warmer I might drill some holes in them to help drain. Overall I'm happy with them.

These treads arrived quickly and are very heavy weight. After thoroughly cleaning my Trex steps, three on each end of the deck and letting them dry completely, the whole installation took about 20 minutes. The adhesive stipping has very strong adhesion. The only thing I had a little problem with was that the adhesive strip material was in a solid roll instead of pre-cut strips as advertised. So I ran a bit short, but still had enough to solidly adhere the treads. Cutting the strips into 7" or 8" lengths should give you plenty. The weight of the treads alone is enough to hold them pretty well anyway. The treads are definitely non-slip, and they look like they'll last for a long time.
