Everything I have done with Topens has been above and beyond my expectations. Their customer service is better than any online seller I have ever done business with. It seems their number one goal is customer satisfaction! I bought this opener knowing that at 70 years old, I would encounter installation difficulties. Their instruction manual was spot on, and for a dummy like me, I always screw things up like this. IT WORKS! They have very helpful videos online that work well for people like me that do better with pictures than words. I had a friend build me a 24' aluminum frame gate, installed 4" steel wheels and set it all on a V track system I epoxied to bricks I set in the lawn. The chain supplied with the kit was 20', so I purchased extra chain and a master link. Assembled the CK1200 unit and hooked it all up. PERFECT! I've since purchased a handful of extras.....keypad, extra remotes, external receiver, and today's project, a reflective photocell sensor so my wife doesn't close the gate while she is parked in the way. Any time I had a question, a simple email got a response within hours. Their customer service is on the other side of the earth, so if I send in an email question at night, I see an email response the next morning with pictures, diagrams, and full response to my question. Couldn't be better. Extremely satisfied.
