Perfect for those pencils when a sharpener doesn't work quite right. I can get my pencil lead super sharp with this and it lasts a long time.

I prefer a heaver grit for a quicker wedge or other strange shapes with graphite leads.

It's sandpaper cut in 1"x4" strips. Not too soft and not to rough.

The grade of the paper should be a little bit finer, as it is probably better for sanding wood than sharpening a piece of lead. For the money it's a good deal.

These are exactly as one would expect. They are sandpaper to get the perfect shape on the end of your pencils (watercolor pencils in my case) for perfect shading or what have you. They work perfectly for my needs and when/if I need to purchase more, I will certainly do so. I’m happy.

This was the first time buying these sandpaper. I like them and found them useful. The only thing is that they don't hold the graphite so it made a big mess on my white desk when I moved them, as I was not expecting that. I will be more careful next time.

Really a great product for working with pastels, both firm and soft, as well as charcoals. Blending sticks pick up all the colors you are using and these are, sort of like erasers for those blending sticks. For the price, very worth the buy. I have found myself going through a lot but it's much cheaper than going to an art shop to buy them and they work wekk
