Troubleshooting method
Learning Function Instructions:
1. Learn remote control: Press and hold the learning key until the learning indicator LED lights up, press any key on the remote control for 1 second to complete the coding work, and the learning indicator light flashes.
2. Delete code: Press and hold the learning key for 12 seconds, release it, and all coding will be automatically cleared, rendering the original remote control invalid.
3. The remote control adopts advanced rolling code technology, which makes it difficult for the external ordinary remote control password to be repeated, effectively preventing the accidental opening of the door. The remote control has smart programming design, automatically stops transmitting after pressing the remote control for 3 seconds to prevent interference from pressing other remote controls, saving remote control battery power, and facilitating transportation, storage, and carrying.
4. The remote control can be configured up to 40 units.
Installation and Use Functions:
1. The controller comes with a power off memory function, and the door must be pushed to the middle during installation as the factory may have already conducted limit detection during testing.
2. Due to the power off and then on feature of the controller, it will first execute the open command which is normal to prevent accidental reversal during single limit operation.
3. Single button cycle: The single button cycle interface is 2.5.
4. Automatic door closing: Turn OFF to disable automatic door closing, a LED flash represents 1 second.
5. Equipped with an infrared interface and automatic return function.
6. There is a door opening card swipe interface that will automatically open the door when the open and ground interfaces are connected.
Operating Environment:
1. Well ventilated, environmental temperature: -30°C to 40°C
2. Avoid dampness or immersion in water
3. No corrosive gases, liquids, or severe dust in the surrounding area
4. No strong vibrations or strong magnetic field interference nearby

I received the board as promised in the Leadtime provided. The problem I have is the connection of the motor to the wires/connector provided. My existing motor has 2 wires, and the new board has a 3-wire connector. The instruction does not explain how to solve that difference. I have contacted the supplier, and I get quick responses, but they do not give me instruction to solve the problem. I get the standard instruction as supplied with the board. If anyone has a solution, or has solve this issue, please comment. It regards the circled items on the picture

For anyone wondering, the "Test" port is the same as the "O/S/C" port in other gate controller models. "O/S/C" stands for Open/Stop/Close.
